Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd provides branding, digital support, promotional marketing, social media assistance, website coordination, business support and related services.
By accepting any quotation, invoice, package, monthly service or making payment to Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
• A minimum 50% deposit is required before any work commences.
• Final payment must reflect before final files, completed work, editable files or final deliverables are released.
• Monthly packages and support services must be paid in advance.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts or non-payment.
• All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Turnaround times depend on the scope and complexity of the project.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within agreed timelines.
• Delays caused by missing client information, delayed approvals or changes requested by the client may affect turnaround times.
• Providing correct and accurate information
• Providing logos, photos, wording and content where applicable
• Ensuring all supplied information is lawful and accurate
• Reviewing and approving designs and work submitted
• Responding timeously to communication and approval requests
• Reasonable minor revisions are included within packages.
• Major redesigns, excessive revisions or additional work outside the agreed package may result in additional charges.
• Additional services requested outside the original scope of work will be quoted separately.
• Promotional exposure and advertising are subject to platform availability, scheduling and Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd operational capacity.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to determine posting schedules, advertising placement and promotional timing.
• Loyal monthly clients may receive promotional preference and priority scheduling.
• Advertising performance, engagement, reach, followers, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed.
• Facebook promotions
• Instagram promotions
• TikTok promotions
• YouTube promotions
• WhatsApp Status promotions
• WhatsApp group advertising
• Monthly support services remain active only while subscriptions are active and payments are up to date.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services and promotional exposure.
• Monthly packages are billed per calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly payments are due on or before the 7th day of each month.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend services for accounts not settled by the due date.
• Website setup, hosting, maintenance and related IT services may be provided through approved third-party IT service providers or partners.
• Website services may carry additional charges quoted separately.
• Invoicing for website-related services may be issued directly by the approved third-party service provider and shall be payable directly to the relevant third-party provider.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for third-party hosting failures, server downtime or external technical failures.
Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and undertakes to protect sensitive business information at all times.
• Final approved designs and completed work become the client’s property once full payment has been received.
• Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Completed work and delivered services are non-refundable.
Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for platform outages, technical failures, algorithm changes or losses resulting from third-party systems.
Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd is committed to delivering professional, reliable, respectful and high-quality service to all clients.
Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where abuse, non-payment or unethical requests occur.
Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
By accepting any quotation, invoice, package, monthly service or by making payment to Ubuntu Services (Pty) Ltd, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
